Very fine recording of the „Heth“ and „Caph“ chapters from Antoine Brumel’s Lamentations of Jeremiah. Brumel was a French Composer who lived from c.1460 to c.1515. The recording is made by vocal ensemble I Buoni Antichi, „The Good Classics“. The ensemble exists of male singers from both the Netherlands and England: The Dutch singers are started their musical careers at the Sacraments-choir at Breda; The English were at the time of this recording all active in the choir of St. John’s College, Cambridge.
